I made these small cheesecakes for my hubby...one of his favorites. It's Paula Deenes recipe and is very easy to whip up. I have made them several times and I keep forgetting to change the time on the recipe. They took alot longer than 12 minutes to bake...closer to 30. I like making small cheese cakes with just the two of us. One is a perfect serving size and I can also freeze some for later. I made a few with the peanut butter cups inside{mmmm}, and some plain so I can put strawberries and cream on top. I hope you have a Happy Valentines Day!

Your recipe card looks awesome. And it sounds so good! I like the idea of the individual size and being able to freeze some for later. The picture with the strawberries on top is making me very hungry!
