Texas Caviar

This is awesome! I could eat this all day. Well, I kinda's addicting. I got this recipe from a friend of mine. She got it from another friend, so it's been passed around alot. I've eaten it at alot of parties over the years, but never actually made it myself. I have no idea why. It's so good. Next time I'm going to try using Splenda, and cut the oil down to 1/8 c. and see what happens. I'll let you know how it tastes. Meanwhile I'll just keep eating this...
