For this bag I used some paper I found at Michael's a long time ago. I accented it with black and Bermuda Bay. The stamp is from the set Birthday Bliss. I also used several punches....the squares, the scallop edge, and the tag. For the top I used some Bermuda Bay polka dot ribbon to tie it closed. I made lots of these bags...I'll share some more another day!

I think that I have some of this happy birthday paper. What a fun way to package a birthday treat. I really like the colors that you chose for the borders.
