I got this recipe from some friends of mine...it's DELISH!!! I've made twice baked potatoes many times but these are really the best I've ever had. They are totally LOADED with bacon, cheese, onion, and lots of butter! {I should mention that we did 8 potatoes so we added another half of the recipe....I think the extra really put them over the top} Lookie:

Of course I don't have bacon in the house. Even without bacon, I think these would be worth a try, though. I love potatoes!
