Before Easter, there was a potluck at work and one of my favorite things there was this AWESOME ham. It was incredible. It really did just melt in my mouth...actually ALOT of it did. I couldn't stop eating it. So of course I had to get the recipe. I don't even like horse radish, but I liked it in this!
From now on, this is how I will be making my ham!

Interesting. I don't like horseradish, either, but my husband does. It sounds like an interesting combo. But, if it passes your test, it's gotta be good ;)
