Stamping up card buffet

Yesterday I went to a Stamping Up "card buffet." I went to one last month too, and they are a lot of fun!

The SU demo, Laura set up a table with 20 cards. You get to choose 5 cards to make. Each card with the materials to make it is in a box, all ready to go. Each box is labeled with a number. When you get there, you write down on a slip of paper which 5 cards you would like to make. Then you just go find the number on the box!

On every table she has a container with all the supplies one would need to put your cards together. On another table she has all the embossing tools, extra stamps, big shots, etc. She is so organized and efficient that it all runs so smoothly. Every one has a good time!

My favorite card was the dress. I was really surprised how much I liked it! Once again, it was something I had seen in the catty but didn't really think I wanted to buy. You got me!

By the time the card was made...I think it was when I was putting on that sweet little necklace.... I knew I was ordering those die cuts. It reminded me of how much fun I had making paper dolls! And before you know it I was thinking of all kinds of things I could do with it and who I would send the cards too.
Here are the other 4 I chose:

It was a fun day, and I am so thankful for the friendships I am making through stamping!
