Ok, ok!
Here it is!
Yesterday if you read my post, I had to use a different card for The Paper Players challenge, as the one I originally made had too many layers to be considered as a CAS male birthday card.
But people seemed curious and I have had a few requests to see the original card, so I decided to post it today. There are about 8 layers if I counted it right!
That's a lot for me.
BUT.....Friday Mashup has this challenge going on:
- Create a Project using "Vellum".
- Create a Project with "Stitching (Sewing or Faux)".
- or Mash it up! and create a Project with "Vellum and Stitching".
I have to admit, I did have fun with all the layers!
Paper: SU DP, white, black, coastal cabana
Ink: SU black
Stamps: SU Open Sea, Traveler
Dies: Lil inker stitched circles, lawn fawn stitched journal card set
Other: SU circle punches, brads, coastal cabana cord

8 layers or not this is a fabulous card. I love the colour and all the detail. I do like those lil-inkers dies!
Awesome card! I love your layout and use of Coastal Cabana. Thanks for alleviating my curiosity and posting your card.
Wow, this is fabulous! LOVE all the layers as well as those yummy colors. I guess I should not use the word "yummy" to describe a masculine card....but that's what they look like to me! Delish!
This is absolutely gorgeous, Lori! Love all the layers, and that it is monochromatic.
I'm so glad you shared this awesome card! Maybe not CAS but still a winner!
I LOVE this card! Before reading the entire post, I was looking for the "mistake." Layers/schmayers! Who's counting. I adore this card.
Very nice card, I really like the Coastal Cabana with the black!
Thanks for sharing with us at The Friday Mashup.
This card is absolutely beee-you-tee-ful! Thanks for sharing!
This might not be so CAS, but glad you posted it - it's lovely and the layers are great. Super male card!
Your card is fantastic! I love all the layers, they all work perfectly together!
Thank you for playing along with us at The Friday Mashup!
