Happy Sunday!
This week LeAnne has this fun sketch for the challenge at The Paper Players:
I used my Lil inker stitched rectangles, and my friend's Lawn fawn snowflake dies.
FYI... you can make more sizes of the stitched rectangles and squares by cutting out a smaller rectangle shape, then using a larger die to cut off an end. Here's a photo of what I did, except I used the designer paper piece, and made it smaller. Excuse my messy plates...and these are new ones even! Needless to say, I go through quite a few...
The sentiment is from Penny Black,"Wonderful and Jolly".... I LOVE this set. I found it a few weeks ago at our local craft store. It was one of those I just couldn't pass up!
It's all adhered to a piece of SU's Blue lagoon card stock, another favorite of mine.
Head on over to The Paper Players and play along!

Gorgeous card Laurie! I love everything about it. The color combination is phenomenal with the calm blues and pop of red in the center of the snowflakes!
I love this paper too...and the snowflakes....and the sentiment! Shoot, I love it all! And what a great tip about shortening the rectangles! I do that all the time with my other dies but I didn't think it would work with the stitched ones...can't wait to try it myself!
Hello Laurie
A beatiful card, I love your take on the sketch and the pop of red is just perfect.

As always, another awesome card. I am continually impressed with your creativity. The use of the dies and the layering. Wonderful!!!!
Beautiful colours and gorgeous design. I love the effect of the Stitched Rectangles. The are on my wish list - roll on Christmas! x
What a lovely card, Laurie! Those snowflakes are great. I love your take on the sketch.
Laurie, I hoard my favorite papers, too! LOL! I love the way you turned the sketch! The rectangle dies are awesome! Such a pretty card! XX
What a great way to get more mileage from these dies! Love that snowflake paper and the touch of red!
One reason why I only get digi papers is so I get to print off as many as I like! I would be such a paper hoarder other wise. These designs are rather lovely mind you. Hugs Mrs A.
Wonderful card Laurie! The colors and the stitched snowflakes are terrific.
I've been tempted several times to buy more paper for one or two sheets. If you love it, it makes perfect sense.
Beautiful colours and design! Wow, I love this!
Thank you for showing how to make a smaller rectangle--I never would have figured that out! I LOVE the look of this card--& all your cards, Laurie!
Cool colour combo and layout - best I've seen recently - Love it!

Super colour scheme...fabulous card...love it !! xx
What a gorgeous card Laurie - the snowflakes and sentiment look great with the stitched background panels and the snowflake-swirled paper. This is my favourite All Is Calm DSP too - and bought a second pack just for those 2 sheets!!
Gorgeous, Laurie! Love all the stitched pieces and the red embellishements. That paper is so pretty, I can understand why you are hoarding it!
This paper is my favorite too! Such a great blend of colors and I love the pop of red in your snowflakes! GREAT take on the sketch!
I love how you flipped the sketch, Laurie! The snowflakes are awesome!
I'm in love with the variation of snowflakes and the fact that you turned the sketch on it's side. Stunning card.
