Today's card is one I made for the challenge over at Merry Monday, a rustic Christmas.
I used all dies for this card, the sentiment is stamped inside. One of my new favorite dies is from Impression Obsession called,"Christmas Icons." I just love all the little dies! There's a tree, 2 ornaments, gingerbread man, candy cane,snowman, bell and a candle.
When I saw the inspiration photo, I grabbed the tiny candle and cut a few out. I surrounded it with some holly leaves and sprigs,also from Impression Obsession. I adhered it to a stitched rectangle from Lil inker. The word peace is a die from Papertrey. I cut it out with some gold foil paper. I used all neutral colors for the card, to give it a more rustic feel.
