Hi everyone!
Look at the fun inspiration photo for the challenge at The Card Concept:
It was hard to decide which way to go on this...so many possibilities! I decided to concentrate on the wood grain, letters and colors.
The background is stamped with SU's Hardwood onto some craft paper. I backed that on real red card stock. The hearts are some card candy from a friend, and I adhered them onto one of Papertrey's circle scribbles. On top of that I added the word "love."
The sentiment," It had to be you," is one I HAD to buy, as I LOVE that song! Harry Connick Jr. sang that in "When Harry Met Sally," one of my favorite movies.(check the song out here) I thought it went well with this card.
Head on over to The Card Concept and check out all the cards..so many great ideas..and better yet, play along!!
Paper: SU real red, black, pink, craft
Ink: SU black
Stamps: SU Hardwood, Printworks Collection
Dies: Papertrey circle scribbles, Lawn fawn stitched journal, Lil inker stitched rectangles, Little Yellow Bicycle word die

Wonderful card Laurie.......such a great interpretation of the photo. Cold, damp and snowy here today.....wish it were crisp and sunny....could cope with that..........and we only have an inch or so! Your card makes me feel warm. xx
Really wonderful. I like the colors and your design.
Best regards, Synnöve
