Happy Easter!

Hi everyone!

Today I'm sharing an Easter card I made with the Mr. and Mrs. cutting plate from Taylored Expressions.
If you are looking for the Mr. and Mrs. I cut it out!

Instead I used the Happy Easter Egg die from Memory Box in the center. The little flowers are from some NBUS (never before used schtuff) I found in a jar full of sequins. I added some tiny pearls in the centers.

I'm entering this at:

Never-Before-Used-Schtuff (Stamps, Dies, EFs, etc.)

Paper: all Stampin Up
Dies: MB Happy Easter Egg. TE Mr. and Mrs. cutting plate
other: flower sequins, tiny pearls

Gorgeous card, Laurie. Very clever to cut off the Mr and Mrs to make into an Easter card. Love the colour choice. xx

Your gorgeous card caught my attention in the NBUS gallery so I had to pop over and read more. I love that background color and am impressed with how you thought outside the box to get more mileage out of your Mr. and Mrs. die!!

I don't normally read other people's comments because they shoo my own thoughts out of my hamster head, but I happened to catch Cathy's and, well, wouldn't you know it, Laurie, she frankly said everything I wanted to say just how I wanted to say it! I guess it would be silly for me to type it up identically. The words might not be my own, but I mean them sincerely! I think you are BEYOND clever in how you modified the die and designed your beautiful card!! Thank you so much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #6! I apologize for taking so long to come by and thank you. Enjoy your day!! Hugs, Darnell
