Hi everyone!
I just had to make a quick card for a couple of challenges today!
I saw the colors at Global Design Project, and that got me going for a quick CAS Easter card. Yes, I know...strange colors for Easter I suppose, but I think it works!
I started with the smokey slate, cutting out a wonky stitched rectangle from Avery Elle. Then I cut out the egg in basic grey from Memory Box. The tiny daffodil butterfly is from Stampin Up. Remember the embosslits? I have the Beautiful Wings one, and oh my..it's in poor condition. I have to use a piece of tape to hold it together..but I love it!
Since I used a snippet to emboss and cut the butterfly, it fits for both AAA cards and Pixie's challenges too.
Have a great day!
Paper: SU white, smokey slate, basic grey, daffodil delight
Dies: MB happy Easter egg, Avery Elle wonky stitched rectangle,SU Beautiful wings

Stunning Card Laurie...how I envy that you can just create such wonder so quickly. Love the pop of yellow with the grey!
Lovely design, Laurie. The pop of yellow is just perfect. xx
Love this Laurie! The little yellow butterfly works so well with the white and grey. It's a shame that SU discontinued the butterfly embosslit, one of theor best products IMHO :)
Lovely to see you in the Playground!
Hugs
Di xx
