Now for my card....I am showcasing the NEW Bohemian Sun die.
I cut it out in both yellow and black, and popped it up to give it some dimension. If you look closely below, you can see how the tiny rays around the sun can be popped up a bit too:
I also used the new Indie Border die, I thought it looked great with the patterned paper I found in my stash, and cut it out in white.
The sentiment "peace" is also from the new release, called the Bohemian Word set.
I had to smile when I saw that set, WOW does it bring me back to the 70's and my high school years! We wore "peace" on everything....I had a necklace and a tshirt I just loved.
The set also has the words LOVE and HELLO. SO much fun!! I can't wait to make some cards for my old classmates....in psychedelic colors of course!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Your next stop on the blog hop is back to Cheery Lynn's Blog!

I have seen the sun at Julie post first, but I think you also made a wonderful card with it! So nice, seeing what you can do with 1 die!

Dont know which I like better, the border dies, the word dies or the flowers. They are all so beautiful.
I love the sun die, so different.
Great combo of dies and love those colors. I see that gorgeous sun against that background you made and I feel all warm and filled with cheer. Awesome design my friend!
LOVE the black and white background! That gorgeous sun really POPS as does the peace die. This is wonderful!
This card is particularly dramatic. What GREAT ideas this gives me for an upcoming "bohemian themed" event. Thank you!
This looks so tribal and bohemian - very striking color choices!

Boy does this take me back to the 70's. I still remember the hippie craze. This new sun die is spectacular! Thanks for sharing.
Stunning!
Love that Celestial Sun die! So much detail! Love your pretty card!
This really is a standout in the NBUS gallery, Laurie! What a beautiful card, so perfect for sending to someone who is feeling unwell or blue. It's like you actually captured sunshine and it will spill out when the envelope is opened! And I, too, had to smile and get nostalgic when I saw the "peace" with the clever peace symbol in the "a" space! Love it! Thank you so much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #8! Hugs, Darnell
