Over at Addicted to Stamps and More it's all about Christmas!
I made a slimline card using a Tim Holtz lamp post die.
I added a sprig of Holly and the sentiment JOY.
Then I used a toothbrush and white paint to add speckles to the background.

Fabulous! The white splatters almost look like sparkles. I thought it was glitter paper at first. Love the red background!
