Hi everyone! Here's the Tic Tac Toe board:
I went with bottom across, friend,cute, and stripes. A dog is mans best FRIEND, they are certainly CUTE, and for the STRIPES I used the store canopy. (All the products for this card are from Frantic Stamper and they can be found here.)

Laurie... love your card! It reminds me of this old 1953 song by Patti Page... my father used to sing it to me all the time... How much is that doggie in the window? the one with the waggly tail... Your card definitely made me smile.

Awww, those doggies are adorable! I love their waggly tails. I had that record when I was little and it's probably partly responsible for my love of dogs. Your store front with canopy is awesome!
