PP tic tac toe challenge

LeAnne has a tic tac toe challenge for us at The Paper Players:

I went down, blue, die-cut, and heat embossing.

I used the rainbow from Frantic Stamper, and adhered it to a white heart. Then I white embossed the sentiment at the bottom. I also added hugs ( frantic Stamper) and a tiny heart from Stampin Up.

Laurie, your die cut patterned paper rainbow made me smile. Love the gingham touch and the sentiment is perfect with the soft colors. A real warm and soft "hug".

What a sweet card, Laurie! I love the gingham papers and the layers. These margins create a wonderful "frame" for the heart.
