I used my Ranger Distress ink pads on some textured white paper for my backgrounds. Then I cut out some rectangles from Tutti Designs. I sponged them, then stamped on top. I added a few Stampin' Up enamel hearts in the centers of Minnesota.
I found the Mn and ND stamps and dies at a local craft store. ( K and Krafts at Moorhead Center Mall) I Just LOVE them, and can't wait to make some more card sets with them! They are made by Scraps of Love designed by Ann Corbiere-Scott.
