Frantic Stamper Birthday Card

Today I have a card that features the Happy Birthday plus Layer die.( FRA-DIE-11021)

I cut out a rectangle with Elements #1 (FRA-DIE-09306,)adhered the sentiment and added a some Parallel Lines (FRA-DIE- 11029.) Then I added the bouquet I made with (FRA-DIE-10983) Bouquet Builder and (FRA-DIE-11028) the Floral Tangled Frame.

Then I added some pearls and sequins for some sparkle!
