Frantic Stamper Congrats

Hi everyone! 

I got out some inks and embossing powder to make the background for this card! First I white embossed with the Florals plus Greetings CL-172, cut it out with a rectangle from Elements #1 FRA-DIE-10022. Then I sponged the blue ink on and gave it a good wipe so the white embossing would show. 

I adhered the Bold Congrats plus Layer FRA-DIE-11022, and the Western Lady Butterfly FRA-DIE-10972. I found some pretty blue pearls in my stash and added them to the center of the butterfly.
