Home for Christmas

When I saw this stamp set, I noticed the sentiment first. It just seems so true! It says," Though far and wide on earth we roam, at Christmas time our hearts come home." When Christmas rolls around I always think of my childhood home and all the happy Christmas memories we shared there. My parents have been gone for many years now, but I still feel a yearning at Christmas to go "home." I have to say Christmas is my favorite holiday. My favorite stamps to buy are Christmas, also. When the new catty comes it's the first place I look. I like the image in this set, too. When you look at it, don't you just want to open the door and go right on in? It looks so warm and inviting. I am working on a few more cards using this set. I want to try a water color. Hopefully I will get them done this weekend. So many ideas...so little time. Have a great Saturday!

Recipe:
