Well, as long as I had the Snow wheel out the other day, I thought I'd see what it would look like with gold ink. This time I used vanilla paper, and was going to make a card like the silver one when I remembered seeing a snowflake somewhere using the Martha Steward fern punch. She had used crystal effects on the fern branches and paper snowflakes layering them together. I don't have any snowflake punches so I used the wooden one, a felt snow flurry, and the fern branches. You can't really see from the picture, but it looks really neat! The gold doesn't show well on the photo either, I seem to have a hard time with the silver and gold craft ink photographing nicely. I wish I would have bookmarked the original snowflakes I had seen. She had made alot of them and I really liked them! Hopefully I'll run into her blog again sometime. I have so many under my favorites it's crazy. I love to read blogs!
