Another easy delicious recipe from mmmcafe! Only 4 ingredients. We had it on top of our soft shelled tacos, but I think it would be great with tortilla chips too. I did drain the cans of beans and corn. I think it would really taste good with fresh corn. I might have to try that this summer. We love lime and you can really taste it in this...so refreshing!
