I like trying different recipes with rhubarb. I found this one a couple summers ago...really moist and tastes wonderful. It makes 2 loaves, so I freeze one before Brent can get at it...he likes to eat this for breakfast, so it doesn't last long. I'm looking forward to freezing more rhubarb this summer. I'm almost out of my stash!
