This recipe is one I make so's so good, we never tire of it. I got the recipe from a neighbor...almost 20 years that's alot of Glop we've been eating! At least it's good for you, and I serve it with baked Tostitos. I love making it with garden fresh tomatoes in the summer, but I make it year round. Can't get enough of it!

I just love your recipe card! And when I saw the title of your post today, I just laughed. I needed a laugh this morning. Sounds so yummy. I can't wait for some fresh tomatoes to eat!
