I love pumpkin bread, but my favorite recipe has a ton of oil in it. I found this recipe in Light and Tasty. Its VERY moist and the cream cheese layer is awesome! The best part is it's low in calories. One serving is 107 calories, 3 fat, and 1 fiber. It makes 2 small loaves....we ate one and I froze one for later!
It's a perfect fall recipe!

Yum! I love pumpkin bread. And with cream cheese in it... looks delicious.
I saw this cute recipe card on a blog and thought you might like to check it out since you do so many recipe cards.

Yummy!
As I always I think you have the bestest recipe cards Laurie.
I totally am going to make this. I love the pumpkin roll thingies, but never have the patience to make them. This looks like a great alternative. And the recipe card is gorgeous, as always!!!
I just love looking at your blog! And, thoroughly love trying your recipes! I've made several and will try your pumpkin loafs as soon as I get some lowfat cream cheese - can't believe I usually have some in the fridge! I need to get moving and put some of my recipes on cards like yours - beautiful! Thanks for sharing your talents with us!
