I decided to take a break from Christmas and post a wedding card. I do LOVE Christmas, but wow...it's been a LONG time since I've made a wedding card. About time I guess!
I think this new die from tattered lace is so beautiful, so I cut out several in various colors. But I think my favorite is the black, as it looks so striking with the blue. I added a few tiny pearls and a sentiment.

Wowza, love this! I think the black is striking too..but that embossed background really caught my eye! LOVE that!
This is lovely, the background embossing is just perfect with the front image!
Wow, Laurie--what an incredible card!
Stunningly elegant!
I agree, Laurie, I can't believe how gorgeous this couple is and I can see what you mean about cutting them in black. So regal and romantic. The pearls are perfect, as is the heart e/f. This is just one yummo card!! Good job entering it in the CASology challenge - you can't beat a wedding date as a perfect date idea! And thank you very much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #3! Hugs, Darnell

Oh, Laurie, this is a beauty! I love the die cut image -- so classy! -- and the dry embossed hearts are the perfect color and background. So glad you jojned us at CASology this week!
Your card inspired me to purchase this die and several others from Tattered Lace as well. What method do you recommend using to "glue" these intricate dies to your card? They are so fragile.
Hi Darla! I use Stampin Up's two way glue pen for adhering my dies. They last a long time, too!
That really is a gorgeous die! I love all the swirls on the dress and the pearls you added are perfect. Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!
