Cheery Lynn Santa suit for The Christmas Card Challenge

Hi everyone!

I'm excited to share my first guest designer card at The Christmas Card Challenge today!

Here's the inspiration photo:

How cute are the Santa nails?!

It reminded me of my Cheery Lynn Santa clothesline die. Except when I dug it out, it didn't have a belt. So I decided to make one. I cut one out in black and added some silver cord for the buckle. I used MFT Blueprints #20 for the background, cut in SU real red, white and black. The sentiment was added at the bottom with some Washi tape I found at a local craft store. I added 2 black enamel dots to anchor the clothesline.

To finish the card off, I added some Wink to the white trim on Santa's suit. You can kind of see it here..maybe if you squint...LOL..I just couldn't get a good photo of it! But trust me, it's there, and really adds alot to the card.

Head on over to the Christmas Card Challenge to see the awesome cards the DT made, and to play along!

Paper: SU real red, black, white
Dies: MFT Blueprints #20, Cheery Lynn Santa suit
Other: black enamel dots, washi tape, Wink

I did a Christmas Walk last night and one of the houses had a clothesline with Santa's clothes on it. I immediately thought of your card. This is adorable. And don't you just hate trying to get a good picture of "sparkly" things. Welcome to Christmas Card Challenges.
