It's "sweet treats" at The Card Concept:
I took the photo literally and made an ice cream cone.
Mine has 3 scoops..yum! (chocolate is my fave...that's why it's on top...LOL)
I added some Lawn Fawn plaid paper at the sides and a tied on a bit of bakers twine. The sentiment is from Penny Black called, "Sprinkles and Smiles."

Paper: SU, Lawn Fawn
Ink: SU black
Stamps: Penny Black sprinkles and smiles
Other: enamel dots, bakers twine

Oh, that's so cute! Ice cream is good any time of year. Just had some last night, in fact. What a wonderful creation with the sprinkles and plaid and baker's twine added!

Hi Bebe! I have no idea what embossing folder or ice cream die. It was my friends and I used it at a card camp last year. If I find out I will post it. Thanks, Laurie
The little bit of plaid peeking through is perfect and the ice cream looks good enough to eat. Perfect CAS card.
