The Paper Players Love Note

Hi everyone!

Joanne is the hostess this week at The Paper Players and here's her challenge:

Love Notes! What a fun idea!

I thought I'd go musical notes.
So I set off right away to dig through my stash to find what I had that may work.

First I found the paper, and then the music dies and heart from Cheery Lynn.

The sentiment on the card is from Penny Black,

and the sentiment inside the card is from Taylored Expressions.

I love making Valentines!

Be sure to check out the rest of the Paper Players Design Team:

I hope you will join us!

Supplies:

Paper: SU
Ink:SU black
Stamps:Penny Black Sentiment Collection , Taylored Expressions Simply Said Valentine
Dies: Cheery Lynn notes, musical instruments, and heart shaker die

LOVE your interpretation of the love notes as musical notes on the heart.....how clever! The staging of your card is pretty too.

I'm such a sucker for music themed cards. This one is fabulous! That little collage of notes you've created on the heart is wonderful. The font you've used on the front dances all on its own! Great card, Laurie!

What a cool card design. I love the background paper as it is a perfect masculine design for your beautiful music notes and heart.

Ooh Laurie I really love that patterned paper, and the awesome musical notes, too! You really do have a die for everything, don't you?!

Ack, perfect! Such a cute and simple design with the jaunty angle of the heart lending itself so well to the flow of music. Super fun for the challenge!
