The Paper Players Tic Tac Toe Challenge

This week Joanne is the hostess at The Paper Players, and it's a favorite...tic tac toe!

I went with straight down...flowers, birthday, and yellow. First I water colored some paper in yellow, pink and green. Then I started cutting!

I cut out Taylored Expressions Floral Frame, Tutti Designs Happy Birthday, Memory Box Small Billow Flowers, and some Cheery Lynn Leaves.

Then I just adhered it altogether and added some enamel dots!

Here's a list of supplies:

Paper: Tim Holtz watercolor, SU white
Dies: Tutti Designs Happy Birthday Circle, TE Floral Frame,
MB Small Billow Flowers, CL leaves
Other: enamel dots

I hope you will join us! Check out the rest of the design team here:

Thanks for stopping by!
