Jaydee is our hostess and the theme is CELEBRATION! We are running the challenge for 2 weeks, so you can enter a card each week and have 2 chances of winning a prize. I hope you will help us celebrate and play along.
I chose to make a card celebrating the 4th...we do it up BIG in our small town. Huge fireworks, parades, rodeo's, the fair...lots going on for all the tourists and cabin people who frequent our area up north. It's always a busy and fun week.
For my 4th of July card, I decided to use products from some of my favorite stamping companies who donated prizes to our Paper Players celebration. Cheery Lynn, Dies R Us and Tutti Designs. I have been on their design teams for awhile now, and was so excited that they offered up gift certificates to help us celebrate! A BIG thanks to them and to ALL the awesome companies who donated.
I started out with Tutti Designs dotted pierced and scalloped pierced rectangles. Two of my "go to" dies that I use all the time!
Another favorite die of mine is the celebrate pop up die from Cheery Lynn. I like to cut it off and use it as a sentiment. I added some CL swags, a bow and tiny enamel stars.
You can check out the rest of the cards from the design team here:

I hope you will join us!

What an amazing celebration card! Scrolling down through your posts, all of your July 4th cards are fabulous too! Happy 4th!
What fun! I always love how you use the celebrate die. It really makes the whole card. The swags could almost be used as watermelon wedges, and those little enamel stars are cute! Enjoy your 4th! It sounds like a super good time!
Oh this is so cute, Laurie! Literally bursting with patriotic celebration. What a fabulous way to honor some of our amazing sponsors and perfect for the challenge. So glad that The Paper Players challenges brought you to our team, my friend!
What a fantastic card and I love it as a Fourth of July card. Great dies used for it.
Your town sounds like mine - lots of celebrations for the 4th with something for everyone. Your card is a perfect celebration and I'm swooning over those swags! Happy 400th and Happy 4th of July!
What an explosion of colour and movement. The sweet white bow is a perfect touch.
Laurie, leave it to you to have just the perfect dies for this challenge, and how wonderful that you able to honor some sponsors, as well! What a terrific patriotic card, and I just love the bunting! Happy 400th and a Happy 4th to you!
Laurie this is adorable! What a wonderful celebration card and it really reminds me of the 4th July picnic we had a couple of years ago with my friends from the UK. We had a whole table display in red white and blue with watermelon and games and this card really reminded me of that wonderful day!
Hugs

Laurie... fabulous 4th card! Love the swags!
Well if this isn’t festive and full of patriotic fun! Laurie, I just love everything about this and those dies are awesome. What a fabulous card to celebrate the 4th. Thank you so much for inviting me to join you all over at The Paper Players for this milestone challenge. 400 is certainly a number to be excited about! Hugs!
Love this fun patriotic card Laurie! I love that the 'celebrate' takes centre page, finished with those fabulous swags (they remind me of election time!) A wonderful card for our 400th celebration challenge.
