The challenge at Dies R Us is "hot colors."
I grabbed my Hello Summer die from Tutti Designs and cut it out in black and white, for a shadow effect. I added some yellow enamel dots.
Then I adhered it onto a Tutti Designs Scalloped Circle in blue....
and cut out a scalloped rectangle for the background in HOT colors.
