The Paper Players

Hi everyone!

Joanne has the first new Paper Players challenge of 2016 for us:

First thought was to go with a New Years card, but then I remembered I had just made this 50th anniversary card not too long ago, and thought I would share it.

The die is from Memory box called," 50th Celebration." I added a silver glitter paper heart and some peace doves, also from Memory box. One of my friends was kind enough to share, and had sent me some card candy with a few of these die cuts. I thought they were so pretty! The silver vellum panel is from Stampin Up... I have been hoarding it for quite some time. I added a few pearls, too.

AFTER I made the card, I realized 50th was a golden anny, not silver. Oh well! LOL!

I think this challenge will be lots of fun...I'm wondering what great ideas I will see over in the gallery this week! You can join us here...be sure to check out the new guest designers cards, too!

Have a great day!

Well I for one love the silver Laurie and I'm sure the recipient will too! I think this card would look as beautiful in either colour way - so classically elegant with all that white too. A wonderful card for my challenge those week. Happy new year wishes to you!
