The Paper Players Sketch Challenge #284

Happy Sunday!
Claire has a fun sketch for us at The Paper Players:

UPDATE: The folder is from Quick Kutz We R Memory Keepers called woven. Thanks Bev!

I went with almost all white, adding just a touch of green. I actually intended to do a white on white card when I started out, but I didn't have a white branch! LOL!

Most of the card was made with die cuts my friends gave me. The branch, the sentiment, the embossed background...all from my die cut box of card candy treasures that friends have given me. They all know how much I love dies I guess!

BUT the butterflies are mine.
The small one is from Stampin Up, and the larger from Memory Box.
OH! I almost forgot... the tiny pearls and ribbon are also mine...both from Stampin Up.

You can check out all the other DT cards here:

Have a great day!

This is so light and airy! Lovely. Checked out your food blog too. Pinned that artichoke chicken recipe and can't wait to give it a try.

Just love how you can make CAS so beautiful. I have been trying it lately and it is soooo hard. That little bit of green looks beautiful. I love the word and the butterflies. Just beautiful. I wish I knew what cover plate that is. It adds so much texture to your design.

Hi, Laurie -
I Love your "white-on-white with green" card! I especially like the embossing folder you used as a background. I don't see a supply list and I assume it's because as you said you got most of the die cuts and supplies from friends [what great friends!] Do you have any idea what company that folder is from? I'd really like to get one! Thanks for any help you can give me.

Wow what a lovely card Laurie! The texture and diecuts really make the most of your almost all-white design and the little green branch really pops! How great to use some does from your stash too - what great friends you have!

Laurie, such a pretty and elegant card. I love all of the dies as well as all of the white. Something that I've not mastered is so much white space and I always love it when I see other's cards.
