Time for Jaydee's challenge at The Paper Players!
Well, spring has not quite sprung yet up north....but I think my floral card really fits the bill for spring!
I made this at a card group I belong too. The base is alcohol inks, which we LOVE to play with. The flowers are from Altenew, and the sentiment Concord and 9th.
I can't wait to see all the spring cards in the gallery this week!

Here we are in March and I still haven't tried playing with my three alcohol inks yet. So many things on my stamping to-do list. Your background is so soft and lovely and the colors are perfect with your flowers. Love them arranged just so with the big sentiment. Still waiting for spring here...
Love everything about this card, Laurie! I need to play with my AIs so I can justify getting some springy colors!
The alcohol ink background is just fabulous and I love how the flower picks up the exact same colours. This is a beauty, Laurie.
Lovely card for a friend Laurie particularly with that nice sentiment. xx
What a gorgeous card. So pretty with those wonderful Spring like colors and gorgeous bloom. I love the sentiment too!
Fantastic card. love it
thanks for your sweet comment on my blog
hugs Tamara
Love the pinks on this card, Laurie. We had three days with no power here so I got time to make some cards that I normally wouldn't have time to make (thank goodness for the sun and lots of windows), but no AIs. They are fun to play with, that's for sure. They are addicting.
Beautiful colors for your background and pretty roses - and what a wonderful sentiment!
Oh yes, I recognized that flower right away...you could stamp these florals in any color combination and they'd look stunning! Great sentiment, too!
Laurie... you used on of my favorite sentiment sets! Also really love that very subtle dotted frame... fun!
Love the pink and the background, along with the border detail of both of your layers - such a nice touch. What a wonderful Springy feel your card has this week!
Pink and green is my favorite color combo, especially for florals! Beautiful card, Laurie!
Wow, your flowers coordinate perfectly with your alcohol ink background. Such bright and springy colors too...great job!
Love your alcohol ink background! It's a perfect backdrop for your gorgeous flowers! Hope you're having a great week ~ Hugs, Annie
